【黎智英案判決：一場預設結局的審判騷】

今日，港共法庭裁定黎智英先生全部罪名成立。這是一個毫無懸念的結局。這不是審判，而只是一場「裁判騷」。
《國安法》從來不是什麼維護安全的法律，而是「透過任意詮釋法律來管治香港的工具」。這正是我們在《國安法》實施後決意辭去在港共政權詮釋下的民選區議員職務的原因：當法律可以被隨意扭曲來入罪任何人，繼續在這個制度內已毫無意義。然而這並不代表我們放棄代表香港公民聲音的授權與責任。
今日香港公民代表會議通過動議，強烈譴責這一判決。作為會議的一員，我想在此表達我個人的看法。
其中一項最令人憂慮的是李宇軒的證詞被採納為定罪依據。李宇軒在試圖離開香港逃避港共極權追捕時，於中國水域被截獲，其後被中共當局拘押，再移交香港。他在庭上承認「被捕是無可避免的」。一個曾被中共拘禁、深知自己「無論如何都會被捕」的人，他在法庭上說的每一句話，我們能相信嗎？這已不是司法程序，這只是政治迫害的工具。這也引證了中共的手已經伸進了香港的法庭。
中國和香港當局根本無意讓黎智英重返社會。重刑幾乎是必然的，而且對香港社會的「寒蟬效應」將會進一步加深。但我相信，國際社會大多數人都看穿了這場審判的本質。
黎智英先生的「罪」，是營商並報道真相、批評不公、為香港人發聲。這些在任何正常社會都是新聞工作者的天職，在今日香港卻成為了罪行。
我們不會沉默。直到重光之日，我們會繼續為香港發聲。
【Jimmy Lai Verdict: A Show Trial with a Predetermined Outcome】
Today, the Hong Kong-Communist court found Mr. Jimmy Lai guilty on all charges. This was an outcome that surprised no one. This is not a trial—it is nothing but a “verdict show.”
The National Security Law has never been about safeguarding security. It is simply “a tool to govern Hong Kong by conveniently interpreting the law.” This is precisely why we decided to resign from our positions as elected District Councillors—positions now defined under the Hong Kong-Communist regime’s interpretation—after the NSL was imposed: when the law can be arbitrarily twisted to criminalize anyone, continuing within this system becomes meaningless. However, this does not mean we have abandoned our mandate and responsibility to represent the voice of Hong Kong citizens.
Today, the Assembly of Citizens’ Representatives, Hong Kong passed a motion strongly condemning this verdict. As a member of the Assembly, I wish to express my personal views here.
One of the most alarming aspects is the admission of Andy Li’s testimony as a basis for conviction. Andy Li was intercepted in Chinese waters while attempting to flee Hong Kong to escape persecution by the Hong Kong-Communist regime. He was subsequently detained by CCP authorities before being transferred to Hong Kong. He admitted in court that his “arrest was inevitable.” Can we trust a single word spoken in court by someone who was detained by the CCP and knew he “would be arrested no matter what”? This is no longer a judicial process—it is merely a tool of political persecution. This also proves that the CCP’s hand has reached into Hong Kong’s courts.
The Chinese and Hong Kong authorities have no intention of letting Jimmy Lai return to society. A heavy sentence is all but certain, and the “chilling effect” on Hong Kong society will only deepen further. Yet I believe most of the international community sees through the true nature of this trial.
Mr. Jimmy Lai’s “crimes” were running a business, reporting the truth, criticizing injustice, and speaking for Hong Kong people. These are the duties of any journalist in a normal society, yet in today’s Hong Kong, they have become criminal offenses.
We will not be silenced. Until the day of liberation, we will continue to speak for Hong Kong.
【黎智英裁判の判決：結末が予め決められた「裁判ショー」】
本日、香港共産政権の法廷は黎智英（ジミー・ライ）氏に対し全ての罪状について有罪判決を下した。これは誰も驚かない結末であった。これは裁判ではない。単なる「裁判ショー」に過ぎない。
国家安全維持法は、安全を守るための法律などではなかった。それは「法律を都合よく解釈することで香港を統治するための道具」でしかない。これこそが、我々が国家安全維持法の施行後、香港共産政権の解釈下における民選区議会議員の職を辞することを決意した理由である。法律が恣意的に歪曲され、誰でも犯罪者に仕立て上げられる状況において、この制度内に留まることはもはや無意味だからだ。しかしながら、これは我々が香港市民の声を代表する委任と責任を放棄したことを意味するものではない。
本日、香港公民代表会議は本判決を強く糾弾する動議を可決した。会議の一員として、ここに私個人の見解を述べたい。
最も憂慮すべき点の一つは、李宇軒（アンディ・リー）氏の証言が有罪認定の根拠として採用されたことである。李宇軒氏は、香港共産政権の極権的追及から逃れるため香港を離れようとした際、中国の領海内で拿捕された。その後、中国共産党当局に拘禁され、香港へ移送された。彼は法廷において「逮捕は避けられなかった」と証言している。中国共産党に拘禁され、「いずれにせよ逮捕される」と悟っていた人物が法廷で述べた言葉を、我々は信用できるだろうか。これはもはや司法手続きではない。政治的迫害の道具に過ぎない。そしてこれは、中国共産党の手が香港の法廷にまで及んでいることの証左でもある。
中国および香港当局には、黎智英氏を社会に復帰させる意思は全くない。重刑はほぼ確実であり、香港社会に対する「萎縮効果」は更に深まるであろう。しかし私は、国際社会の大多数がこの裁判の本質を見抜いていると確信している。
黎智英氏の「罪」とは、事業を営み、真実を報道し、不正を批判し、香港市民のために声を上げたことである。これらは正常な社会においてはジャーナリストの天職であるが、今日の香港においては犯罪とされてしまった。
我々は沈黙しない。光復の日まで、我々は香港のために声を上げ続ける。
